It’s not complicated but to start, you have to get me added to your license to cover all of our bases!
First Step: Schedule your In Home evaluation. This allows me to evaluate your space, learn where you keep the essentials and gives you an opportunity to meet me. This Is also a great time to meet the kids!
Once that is completed, both parties will sign the contract & you will receive my training credentials and background study upon paying an initial fee. You are now able to request a sub! You will submit the request form and I will send you a quote. You may then pay the deposit and schedule your sub.

Unless I see something that is required reporting under the guidelines for a mandated reporter, I will guide and direct you to the MN RULE and licensing best practice. Privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me and I value yours as well. If I feel that there are multiple or egregious violations, I reserve the right to decline services. I operate under “Best Practice” and expect that homes I work in do the same.

All substitute caregivers and helpers will be background checked and fingerprinted. Licensing will link our Netstudy Accounts to your license. In addition you will be provided with the workman’s comp policy and documentation of the following trainings:

*Substitute Caregiver Training
